    I never received the product

    I never received the product. The tracking number states that it was delivered somewhere in San Francisco. I don’t live in San Francisco. I don’t even live in that state. I wrote Customer Service and I haven’t heard yet.

    Breaks and gets stuck in my teeth

    I wanted to love it and tried it for a few months but it keeps breaking and getting stuck in my teeth. I like that they are trying to be more eco-friendly but I end us using standard floss to get their floss out of my teeth which is frustrating. Maybe if your teeth are more spaced out it would work better for you.
