Consistent Oral Hygiene Makes Kissing the Best!

Brushing your teeth at least twice a day and flossing once a day creates a fresh clean mouth and breath.  Avoiding onions and other smelly foods helps too!  May you all receive hugs and kisses from those you love.

Sustainable Valentine's Day 

I love receiving roses for Valentine's Day because it lands during the coldest snowiest time of year.  The red brings color to what is for us here in Maine gray and cold. Not to be a downer but gifts of flowers are traditional but can be bad choices for the planet.
